For our client, WB Samson, we are looking for an experienced BAKER who would like to work with traditional Norwegian bread.

WB Samson is the most renowned producer of artisan Norwegian bread and sweets. All products are crafted from scratch using the finest ingredients available. This is a company with a long tradition, operating in the market since 1894! The company produces its goods in over twenty locations across Oslo and Akershus. The bakery where you will work is located in the heart of Oslo, where the team delivers the highest quality fresh baked goods to customers daily!

Job Description:
As a baker at WB Samson, you will be responsible for the bread production process and other selected baked goods, ensuring great attention to detail at every step—from preparing ingredients, mixing and weighing dough, shaping loaves, to supervising the baking process. Work will take place from Monday to Friday, as well as some Saturdays.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in the profession,

· Communicative knowledge of English or Norwegian,

· Vocational education is an advantage,

· Good physical fitness necessary for efficient work in the bakery,

· Willingness to learn and deepen your professional knowledge.
